Description
The construction of the sixth building is underway –
the foundation has already been laid, and preparatory
work is actively in progress. The building is
distinguished by its unique views of the Mtkvari
River and the Ortachala area, and it offers direct
access to the boulevard and the park. The building
features one-bedroom apartments of 39.5 and 52.3
sq.m, as well as two-bedroom apartments of 67.2 sq.m.
